Under the MNCDPA, Minnesota consumers are entitled to:

- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request deletion of personal data
- Portability: receive your data in a portable format
- Opt-out of processing for targeted advertising, sale of data, or profiling
- Right to appeal denials of requests
- Right to question profiling decisions and understand logic behind them
Requests must be submitted via our designated channels (see Section 9). We will respond to requests within 45 days, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary.
We will not charge a fee for fulfilling a consumer’s first two requests in a 12-month period.
If we deny a request, we will provide you with a reason and a method to appeal.
Security Measures
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as encryption, access controls, firewalls, and secure transmission protocols—to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
